Lynn Smith, President
Lynn currently has one son in the Liberty Junior Program and one who has graduated from it. She moved to the Renton area several years ago and after her sons joined the program she felt a warmth from the Liberty Football community that made her want to get involved. She is focusing on continuing to connect the culture and mission between the Junior and High School Liberty programs as well as keep the army of volunteers on task to ensure the program runs smoothly. Lynn worked for Providence Health and Services for 18 years, mostly as an Organizational Development Consultant. She holds a Master's from Gonzaga University and is an Independent consultant in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development.
Cathy Campbell, Treasurer
Cathy currently has two sons participating in the Liberty Junior Football program, and an older son who is a soon-to-be Sophomore playing football for Liberty High School. Cathy helps to keep the program on track financially, as the Foundation’s Treasurer. Cathy is an experienced financial leader with over 25 years of experience across a diverse group of industries including retail, software, high tech, and professional services. She is currently CFO at WPAS, Inc, a third-party benefits administration company.

Myrriah Hayden is the Vice President for the Liberty Junior Football program.

Katharine Rodriguez, Secretary
Katharine has 3 children,1 daughter and 2 sons. Her sons are currently in the Liberty Football Program. One plays at the high school level and the other plays for the Jr Football Program. She has a background in Business Management and Office Administration in the retail, construction and technology industries. In her spare time she enjoys family time, cooking and collecting classic cars with her husband David.
Steve Valach, High School Coach/Advisor
Coach Steve Valach is the Liberty High Head Football Coach and the figure head of our fine program. It was Coach Valach's leadership, vision and hard work that helped lead to the creation of the Liberty Patriot Football Foundation. Coach Valach has one son in the High School Football program and another son that participates in the Junior program. Coach Valach has been an integral part of helping the Junior program get started and he has served as an adviser for foundation programs and board members. Coach Valach helps ensure that the Patriot Football Foundations mission is carried out.
Lyle Smith, Operations and Safety
Lyle Smith is the program's Director of Operations and Safety. Lyle has had one son graduate from the program and another is a current player. He is responsible for the recruitment of coaches and players and oversees the training of coaches and promotes safety awareness across the program. He also serves as the Head Coach for the Junior Varsity team. Lyle's wife, Lynn Smith, is the President of the Program. In addition to football, their 3 children love to spend their time participating in Liberty Athletics, including basketball, lacrosse, soccer and track.

JoEllen Tapper, Junior Player Registration
JoEllen has a son who played his first year of Liberty junior football last year and absolutely loved it. He is about to start his second year and they are both excited for the fall season to begin.
