Remember, none of this works without you. Even helping out one time, at one game, can be a tremendous help! We have a lot of kids and a lot of parents. If everyone pitches in, we can make this the best experience for our young cheerleaders and football players.

One Time Commitment
Down and marker holders, field marshal, announcer, equipment hand out, team cookouts, bringing snacks and other duties can be a one time volunteer job...or more :), if you like it! It takes a village, and this is a great way to support that village with minimal investment of your time!

Committee Positions
Board Committee Positions: Marketing, Website Management, Fundraising, Events Coordinator, Team Mom. Volunteering for these duties can be a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people!

Coaching
Coaching can be one of the most rewarding things that you'll ever do! We slowly introduce coaches to our program by allowing them be involved first as assistant football coaches. With experience, an assistant coach may eventually decide to become a head football coach. We provide training classes for those that wish to volunteer that include an overview of league rules, safety regulations and protocols, the liberty junior football playbook and coaching drills and techniques. Time commitment varies depending on coaching responsibilities.

Board Member
Becoming a board member is an excellent way to learn about the program and contribute to the growth of both the Liberty High School and Junior programs. Board members meet once a month before the regular football season (between the months of February-July), and usually take the football season off (August -October). There is usually one additional board meeting in November, at which time the board cycle begins again in February. The board is committed to ensuring that all aspects of the High School and Junior Football programs, as well as the Junior Cheer program, run smoothly.
